We fully stand behind the quality of our printing and we guarantee it. If an order is received with a print quality issue (ie. the colour is different then the CMYK file), just let us know and we’ll work with you on the best possible resolution: refund, credit, or reprint your order for free. Please note that we do not physically see our printed materials before they arrive to you as we use professional print houses who work specifically with people like us!
To start a return, you can contact us at brandwithpurpose.swp@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital Proofs
Refunds and returns will not be permitted for issues that have been approved digitally (ie. blemishes, spelling mistakes, incorrect information, etc) by submitting your print files.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order has a black background please make sure to be using a TRUE BLACK code.
There is a major colour difference between Black in RGB designed files (ie. when you design in Canva) and a file designed in CMYK when it goes to print. If using Canva I recommend using code (#050505) and choosing a GLOSS finish. A matte finish will dull your black.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
